Agreed, one less JERK on the bench! The founding Fathers worried about judicial activism, where politics enters our court system; here we are! They decided that good Christian Judges would limit themselves to the Law. The only place they missed it!
BUT, I guess if WE had done our Job, and kept the liberal politicians in the minority, we would have fewer liberal judges like this.>:(
