Sikh Holy Book (Sri Guru Granth Sahib) begins with Mool Mantra (Mool Means Root or Basic and Mantra is a composite word Mann - Tra Mann means mind and Tra means Tool)
Mool Mantara begins with the digit one "1"(called EKK in punjabi). "1" represents the Oneness, The Creative Energy or GOD.
Today's lesson is on Oungkaar. Which means manifestation of the Creative Energy in the Universe.
