Apple is also known as a king of fruits. This fruit is widely used in the world. Apple is a best healthy fruits but it has also side effect so that we should not eat too much.

Apple is the rich fructose content. Fructose is often used to make- high fructose corn syrup. It has glucose, which is absorbed into all body cells for energy. Apple can also lead to excess fructose in the body, which can cause health problems like diabetes and obesity.

INCREASE BLOOD SUGAR
Fructose is the content of the apple. High fructose also increases the blood sugar level. This fruit is not the ideal fruit for diabetics patients.

DAMAGE TOOTH ENAMEL
High acid is also contained in apple. High acid codes the enamel of your teeth but the fruit acid is not the sole culprit.
