They might be all green. Or they get red-brown spots from the sun. The leaf edges are a bit wavy. The leaves can grow to 5 cm long.

The flowers grow on a spike. The flowers look like tubes. They are up to 1.5 cm long. The petals join together. The edges might be white, pink, or purple.

Cooper's plant loves light. It can handle heat and dry times. The best place for it is near south-facing windows. It can live in temperatures of +25 to +30°C.

It might not live through freezing weather. Some gardeners say it can handle -7°C. Do not let the soil get too wet. Too much water can kill the plant.
