Not much has changed-shortages everywhere

Hello All,
I want to show you some pictures I took in January of 2022 at a local branch of a national grocery store chain. When I asked the cashier if the truck hadn't arrived, she advised that the truck had arrived and was completely unloaded, just that they don't get as much as they used to. This is concerning to me as it seems to be a trend. The pharmacies around me are also low on supplies and even medication. Many of them no longer have a pharmacist on the weekends, so you can't get your medicine then.
