Power corrupts. We see it time and time again throughout history. It's nothing new. As a people we have become lax. We have let our hired officials get away with extreme corruption and poor judgement. We forget at times. Judges are human beings no? As human beings we are all fallible no? I guess its easy to forget that when you spend your time passing judgement on other peoples misdeeds. Here we have a brilliant case of how judges can completely lose their heads and abuse the power they have been granted. A Texas judge repeatedly shocked a man with a mental illness for not doing what he wanted. He shocked him with 50,000 volts. Now that's enough juice to make a make defecate and urinate on himself. The judge shocked this man three times! The mentally ill defendant screamed out "Please stop torturing me!" He shocked him again. Now I am not here to say that judges are bad. I'm just trying to say that this news needs to be spread and powers need to be checked, unless people want to live in a despotic 1984 type world. It is our duty as the people to get angry, to get the word out and have our voices heard. This could easily be you in the near future!
