I think the entire point of separating vests from bandwidth is self-explanatory. We now have two resource systems. From my point of view one of the best things about this system will be allowing one person to transfer bandwidth separately from Steem Power. Maybe I'm way off base here and this won't be an option, but I think it's the obvious evolution of the platform.
According to this post: https://github.com/steemit/steem/wiki/RC-Bandwidth-System, if I'm getting this right, resource credits are not transferrable :/
Fair enough. I'm gonna go ahead and predict that the next hardfork will make them transferable. Maybe it's possible to even do it with a softfork? That certainly would be ideal. Regardless, I think it's the obvious next step.
