Vote rigging is way too easy to do, US has done it before and Shinzo Abe is the major stock holder of voting machine manufacturer Musashi Engineering. So why not! I have spoken to a few Japanese people in the past and all of them hates Abe but they just didnt understand why Abe always wins.
