share2steem.io is a brilliant dapp to bring Instagram user to steem @ackza they must make more such similar dapps.
A nice new dapp i was thinking of would be a simple Reddit Tip Bot that lets users fill up a steem walllet with steem, or use your own wallet via steemconnect or @yabapmatt 's Keychain, and then it lets you tip people on reddit, using steem, and makes them create a steem account to withdraw the steem. We could bring a lot of new users over to steem this way when they create a steem wallet and find out how useful steem really is, looking just like reddit. honestly more reddit steem cross platform posting tools and the tipping bot and other tools like a faucet and Reddit karma SMT airdrop would all help us grab some of the 240 MILLIOn reddit users they have over there
It is a good idea @ackza but it needs collaboration and approval of the reddit owners. I wonder if it has a good possibility to happen though because steem is a competition to reddit.
nah you dont need reddit owner approval you can just build tippin bots that work on reddit, they are just reddit accounts. we can have a lot of stuff working between steem and reddit, and @ned should be dedicating a tiny amount of his OWN upvote power to steem promotion projects, with the funds taken via upvorte so taken FROM the reward pool itself so it doesnt cost him money....... itd be nice to see this BEFORE the @blocktrades worker proposal comes out
Or maybe if theer was a way steem whales oculd press a button and allow 1% of all their rewards go to promoting steem, itd be ncie if we had a fully automatd system that took fujnds from many steemians or delegation, iliquified ita nd use dit to pay for Ads about steem and promote them on instagram reddit adsense etc ...
You do have a brilliant idea there @ackza I hope that @ned give it a thought and consideration because steem really needs a lot of exposure.
