@chesatochi : carboard is right, if you also use our app, your APR can go much higher (with the share2steem account upvote, the trails and also the achievements system).
If you delegate, I can only suggest you to also use the app, as it will be a huge boost for the APR (meaning it can go higher than 25% - this limit is only applied to the daily payouts in STEEM / SBD).
