Benched 275 lb with no spotter. One of those situation where you better lift it or collapse your rib cage scenarios. I was also throwing down some solid dunks. I was mad that my phone moved some and the rim fell out of frame but just trust me. They were clean dunks. 6' and weighed in at 220lb 😳 I don't know how I'm getting up that high with a built in weight vest on. Just think if I was 6' 4" 190 lb and 10 years younger 🤣.
