Actually it's the rest of the marinate which I didn't want to throw away LOL.
I indeed added the sauce with nuts afterward, but I used peanuts instead of walnuts. :-D
And since the sauce was used to cook the chicken before it's baked in the oven, so it's actually indeed very similar with the food you just mentioned hahahahaha.
But perhaps it still has slightly different taste because my recipe used coconut milk too.
