Correct. Upvoting yourself has been thete from day one ans is an incentive to build your Steem power and to power up through investment. Upvoting your own comments to others posts is a little bit of poor 'ettiquette' in my eyes but still within the rules. @eitsky makes a more valid point....plagiarism is once again flaring up...whete is that @cheetah oke??
