About 6 PM Alaska time I said
Let's go for a drive! lol
It was a good thing, one them
feelings but not sure why till.
Till you see several emergency vehicles
on there way opposite of the way you are
going! Then a few more miles and the
area by the dump was hopping and
bobbin with eagles. One of them had
some grub in its talons and those others
wanted it!
I was on a hunt for lamp post shadows lol
Heading into town because there is no lamp
posts out here in the boonies. Less I took my
Ott lights outside into our driveway haha
Soldotna park, yep that is the place for
lamp posts. The ones along the main street
were to tall and the shadows went out of
sight to the other side of the road, plus they
were so thin and hard to see. The park ones
were nice and short, just right! Even got the
sun to stand in as a light bulb.
Cell tower in the background. Poles, towers
and grids.
Strange looking innards in the lamp.
Then we progressed onward to Kenai to
the old town parts. But first hold your
horses! I see the big plane playing around!
Now that was a hoot of a big vehicle!
Got to catch him doing a couple touch and
goes. But will save these goods for later,
along with the many wild spring birds we
seen on the way back.
Must say, it was quite the picture day!
