Sex and what you eat...
When we're on a date and we are going to have a meal, we must be careful with what we order!
If the date goes well and things go from dinner to the bedroom, we're used to be prepared for it in every sense: a good bath, a clean shave, nice clothes and a great perfume.... and just when we think everything is under our control we can decide to have a meal that might ruin the evening.
Once I was on a date and the person that I was with ordered ribs and ended getting sauce all over, but that's nothing compared to a time that I couldn't enjoy the end of what was a perfect date because what I ordered for lunch made me go running away as soon as we left the restaurant :D...
You also have to be careful about what you drink and the reaction it can have on your body. Some people see their sexual performance challenged after having a lot of alcohol, or they can even fall asleep before the action starts, leaving their partner frustrated!
On the other hand, healthy food will help us have a better performance and be better prepared for pleasure!
