A hospital in Thailand has developed a procedure that will lighten the skin of the penis with a laser. It is done over several sessions. So far they report no complications.

Omg! I consider myself an open-minded girl, but sometimes I wonder wtf is happening to human kind.
If I was a porn star, and if I was a man, and if my penis didn't have the colouration I desired I may consider it. There's not much call for that sort of thing in my job in admin though.
