Mama was on my neck to get her a new phone after she saw this picture of my old device which are no were to be found now. 😉

It been along while but thanks God I got my groove back I think am now ready to write because I have been blocked by various physical activities which eats much of my time, now conquering some of me fears and demons all I see these days are pumps 🚀 🚀
