The best time to buy

Crypto is falling and what is going to happening. Institutions , banks and regulators will buy up everything. There has been no announcement that Nasdaq will pull out.... That means people (Institutions) probably hyper inflated the market. Now the average person is panicking and selling. This is why most people never make money... There just to scared to go through bad times. The tech is there. I never really purchased a full bitcoin but in a few days I will. Thanks!
