Looking down below the ground where another building is about to rise again in the area of Bonifacio Global City, Philippines.

Another proof that business is growing and more opportunity will be available in the market soon.

As sales consultant, this calls for another prospective clients. An inspiration to keep hitting the monthly quota and competing with others with the same products and goal.

One million monthly target is big enough for a newbie like me but its attainable with the right mindset and determination.

Keeping the existing client and generating new is another challenging factor. It requires the patience, consistency, hardwork, determination, positivity, honesty and most importantly deliver what has been compromised.

I have been mentored by a business lead with 15years experience in selling and currently my more than a year experience in the field of selling challenges me to become more productive. It gives me the enthusiasm to keep searching for possible client and learn from every aspects of selling.

Cold calling, preselling, setting up for a meeting, sending proposals, up to closing the deal and the most challenging is the after sales. This is the beginning of proving yourself. Delivering what you promised and constant customer service within the company and mostly the personnel in charge that you have to work closely for the best implementation of the projects.

The best things I learned from being a product consultant is that it was not easy, it was challenging and sometimes frustrating but a very rewarding job. Rewarding not just because you will get a good commission but because you were able to meet different kinds of people. You will see various things, experienced funny and awkward situations that somehow teaches you a new techniques in selling, new ways to improve your personality and gives you new prospectives in life.

Travelling and seeing other places is also one of the best part of this job.

The moment you delivered what you compromised to the clients is also another reward that you can get because its an additive to your list of people who invested their trust in you.

Client usually never trust the company you are working for, they trust the sales person.

Selling is fun and yet challenging. Sales person is not just an employee, they are the persons who dedicated their time not just to earn the salary and commissions but also to sustain the blood that keeps the company growing and help others keep their job.
