GET ADDICTED TO CHASING DOPAMINE (THE RIGHT WAY)
I used to drink, smoke and jerk-off at every chance I got because I was fully addicted to chasing dopamine.
My life used to revolve around smoking weed with my friends and scrolling on TikTok non-stop.
But do you want to know the craziest thing?
I am still a dopamine addict...
The only thing that has changed are the sources of my dopamine.
I used to be completely attached to destructive and degenerate habits - but now they are overwhelmingly positive.
My current dopamine sources are:
→ Exercise
→ Stretching
→ Meditation
→ Being present
→ Creating content
→ Gratitude Journaling
→ Absorbing Information
→ Completing 'To Do' lists
→ Upholding a powerful routine
Just to name a few ;)
This has taken months of reprogramming and practice - it doesn't happen over night.
