36 Selfies in The @papa-pepper DAILY STEEMIT SELFIE CHALLENGE
For more than a month, I participated in the @papa-pepper DAILY STEEMIT SELFIE CHALLENGE
The rules were easy to understand: take a selfie following the theme of the day and post it as a comment, before the deadline.
I was able to do it for more than a month and these are the selfies I posted:

Registration Day: October 6th, 2017 (no smile)

Day 1 - October 9th, 2017: Plant (smile)
Day 2 - October 10th, 2017: Animal (no smile)
My comment:
I am currently in New York city, in an office. So live animals are not easy to find.
Fortunately, someone in the office has a fish. It is on the left, just below the water surface.
Day 3 - October 11th, 2017: Fire (no smile)
My comment:
Most people stopped smoking in the company. Fortunately (for me), one guy did not. So, I was able to borrow his lighter.
Day 4 - October 12th, 2017: Reflections (almost a smile)
My comment:
My camera tried to escape, but I got it!
Day 5 - October 13th, 2017: Reflections (no smile, obviously)
My comment:
An apple a day helps you live long and prosper.
Day 6 - October 14th, 2017: Sky (no smile)
My comment:
It's not so dark here in British Columbia.

This one was not as easy as before.
I would I prefer to have this theme on Saturday, when my daughters and grandchildren came to dinner to celebrate four birthdays, it would have been easier to take this selfie.
So, I had to go outside and I took several pictures with four other people. This is the one I chose for the contest. You have to look carefully, but there are 4 other people in it. And a dog, that I hope will give me a bonus bonus point!

Really, Papa? A ball? Do you think I have any ball in our 22nd floor apartment?
Are you trying to eliminate me?
I have plenty of balls in my country house, but none here.
I had to go to a store to buy the cheapest ball.

Damned! I am a criminal, I cannot smile. Again.
Papa, we need to have happy selfies!
18532 was the number one of my daughters was using when she was young to indicate a large quantity.

I had to steal some powdered sugar during my breakfast to get this picture.
And of course it is hard to smile while blowing powdered sugar, so no smile today.

At the time of this post, the DAILY STEEMIT SELFIE CHALLENGE is still running, with 21 contestants!
you know I was talking to a dear friend in the chat and you hit my mind
and I thought, damn I haven't paid you a visit for a long time
I wonder how you are so I checked your page out - that was last night at midnight cause I got home pretty late
then I saw that you're doing okay and still active and writing your story of your life and I was .."okay, he's fine thanks God!"

That was an excellent run! Just over a month. That's pretty tenacious and a lot of selfies.
Sure, but the Challenge is still going on: Day 45 with 19 contestants.
I've been watching. Doing all those selfies (every day coming up with something interesting that fulfills the requirement) seems to be both seriously fun and seriously crazy! I've been sad watching some of my favorites disqualified or drop out but for me to do it would be a little wearing! I'm seriously impressed.

We have been participating in a long-term selfie game. Everyone that is here started on DAY 1. Each day we do a different challenge and some get eliminated. Eventually, there will be a few winners.
