【いただきます 】Sichuan Beef in Chilli Broth
日曜には家でごろごろしている

-10 dry chillis and a handful of Chinese Sichuan pepper
-spicy broad bean paste
-oyster sauce
1.Add 1tsp of salt into boiling water
Then add the beef and Sichuan pepper for 5 mins
2.Heat up the oil over medium high heat
Put all the spices into it
It takes roughly 30 seconds
Then put the cooked beef in it.
3.Stir for three minutes
Then add water and vegetables
4.Cook for 15 minutes and enjoy!
