30 Days of Touchdown: Gain Grounding - Day 28
BRAIN REBOOT.
After all of the intense prepping or partying you’ve done for the holidays, your brain is either overloaded or on empty. Now that you have some time again, you can finish out the year right - get organized.
As the saying goes, “It’s not about how you start that’s important, but how you finish.” Thanks, Jim George. So, your year may have been hectic, draining, a steaming pile of poo, or D. All of the above. You can finish the year how you want. Organize and get everything set up to finish off this year and start next year feeling accomplished.
Start with your priorities. What must you take care of? Think of a clean space, fix space, health, finances, family… How necessary is that thing right now? Is it something that can wait? Then, what do you want to take care of? Packing things away or bringing things out. Labelers are fun. Fixing things you want to have done - vases, car paint, color coding your wardrobe, mending any clothes that need fixing.
Another way to help your brain reboot is to be generous. Give stuff away. You got new toys, clothes, cookware, gadgets… Make more room and really think about what you need and want in your life and what is just excess. This one is good for all aspects in your energetic field. You are:
Purging with an out with the old process - keep good energy flowing.
Giving to those who want something you’re holding onto for the sake of holding on - gaining good karma.
Making space for more wonderful things to come in to your life - room for abundant flow.
So, get that brain working. Be focused. Have a great time clearing out and getting whatever you’re keeping organized for what fits your lifestyle best.
