RE: The reason for steem dollar losing its value !
I think the value of steem has to do with trading of the currency and how much liquid steem is available, the content is just a way to reward you as an author, the value depends on how many are buying steem and how many are selling. When the value of steem goes down that is when people are selling their Steem for cash causing the value to decrease. The content imo is irrelavent.
Buying and selling is dependent on the factors I mentioned.
I'm honestly quite new to this site and haven't seen anything good yet. Most comments are from bots, and most "content" is poorly worded/quickly made or irrelevant to the title, and the comments follow that trend aswell.
However "thanks you for posting this wow great read, I'm following now"
Thanks I'm amazed people are still finding this post!.
I found it because it was on the front page for me lol. I do understand your post but I'm not sure I'm seeing the value In seemit quite yet. Like I said I see a ton of fuckin bots and there is no way to dislike a post, the only option is to like it. To me that is not the right way to run a social media website or whatever this site is. I feel like I'm in the /r/new even on the front page of this site.... perhaps o don't fully understand how things work around here but the bots need to go for this site to reach its potential
Steemit is a great community, took me months and a lot of hard work and I'm still not earnibg much, it's more a labour of love, forget the money and enjoy posting. The money will come eventually anyway.
Ignore the bots I just say thank you and that's it 😂
