The 4th blockchain is Seele.
There are a lot of information appears on the Internet every day, but for several days my thoughts have been taken by the amazing technology of the future. The fourth generation detachment technology is a Seele. The Seele is equipped with a neural consensus protocol to ensure the parallelism of the bandwidth of large heterogeneous nodes in the blockchain circuit. Seele is able to form a multisite ecosystem of heterogeneous forest. This is innovation in the blockchain industry.
The Seele Characteristics.
As it was already explained, the project is based on the technology of blockchain 4.0. And the main goal of the project is the development of blockchain technology as a new value system to the entire Internet community and all applications based on the blockchain.
Seele solves such issues of modern blockchain as:
- The impossibility of scaling for the use of chains in large-scale scenarios.
- No system support.
- No information exchange and no assets between different chains of blockchain. Project developers propose a number of changes in the architecture of the block chain to solve these problems. These changes affect the innovations in communication protocols, proposals for improving the network structure, new network agreements, consensus algorithms and so on.

- The fast Internet connection.
- The protocol of neural consensus.
- Value chain (VHTTP) and VTP protocols.
- The heterogeneous network, the Forest Network.
Let’s consider them better:
- the Neural Consensus algorithm. Seele creates an algorithm for "neural agreements". This algorithm converts the consensus request into an asynchronous request for processing and sorting data in an easy-scalable environment.
- Value transfer protocol (VTP) and http transfer format (VHTTP) for additional cost. VTP is based on the heterogeneous forest network architecture. The agreement identifies the assets in the chain and follows the routing strategy when assets are discovered. VHTTP implements the exchange of data and values along chains, as well as on-chain and off-chain.
- Quickly connect to the global network (QVIC). Qvic optimizes the network for possible signs of instability or data loss.
The essence of Seele:
• "Seele" in German means "soul", and it is not only about of the human soul, but it is also the meaning of mission and it is about man values. And the main goal of the project is to start a new era of global network values.
• Seele has synthesized the advantages of the main existing consensus algorithms by taking into account their shortcomings. It proposes a new ε-differential consistency (EDA) based on "microunits" that converts the consensus agreement into asynchronous query processing and data sorting in a scalable environment. EDA has a high protection for the associated work in the network, for the off-chain network. Any network connection that is less than 50% of the total system will be able to function normally.
Neural agreement algorithm provides not only safety and low energy consumption, but also provides the possibility of a powerful linear expansion. One of the most important indicators of the consensus algorithm is linear scalability. That is when the performance grows linearly according to the size of the node. The larger the node size, the faster the acceptance of the agreement and it is the better for the performance. The transaction speed reaches up to 100,000 tp / s n a networked environment with 100 thousand nodes. The transaction confirmation time will decrease in a few seconds. A linear acceleration of productivity with increasing the size of the node is created in order to meet the technical needs of commercial organizations.
The heterogeneous Forest Network consists of different subnets.
Each subnet can be considered as a strategic branch of the whole tree, performing the specified tasks. Each subnet can execute various service scenarios independently or interact with each other via an Internet protocol.
Meta Blockchain.
The multi-chain structure Meta Blockchain was proposed to overcome the limitations of the linear chain structure. Its main forms are numerous parallel chains, as a main and secondary chains, etc. They partially satisfy the diverse commercial needs of the business. The function of each chain is usually preconfigured for several parallel circuits, and it is difficult to meet the rapidly changing and diverse needs of the business. It is also difficult for it to distribute computing and information resources on several circuits.
When it is forming the structure of the main and secondary chain, different side chains can be obtained in accordance with the growth and development of the business process. Consensus in the side chain is more closely related to the main chain.

Roadmap:
We see that the second quarter of 2018 is the launch of the Test Network On the road map. The third quarter of 2018 is the optimization of all current developments. And it will be the launch of Main net at the end of 2018. The Seele application is expected to be launched in the 1 quarter 2019.

My opinion:
The features of this platform can be identified as a increased security, flexibility and adaptability for various requests, efficiency and minimum energy costs for all this. As you know, the Seele project joined the list of Hadax in 28th of May. Hadax is a large exchange resource with a large assets liquidity. Recently, the market capitalization has declined to 40%. But the project goal firmly holds its positions and increases its attractiveness in comparison with other crypto-offers.
