(sleepless) Homeless in Seattle

I was watching the news recently that Seattle PD went on a strike.

Seattle PD went on a strike simply because they're tired of dealing with the homeless.
The police department is in a high turnover rate currently.

I'm trying out what can be done to stop this homelessness.

What should or shouldn't be done the solve this?

    Most of this all stems from the gentrification that keeps going on across America. America was written in as a Corporation a long time ago -
