- I think that the value of contents is different for people. Someone like the analytical posting like https://steemit.com/sct/@lovelyyeon.sct/4jvvkn, Someone like the gaming posting like upper ones.
- And I don't think that it is right process to flag without any efforts to understand the meaning of posting, only with the rewards high/low, only with low technical stuffs.
- Many postings in Steem Eco had little words and rewarded by big bots. Are you doing same criteria for them? And Are you flagging all big bid bots and users? If not, you are just bothering small power users.
- What about poems? Can you understand Korean words and poems with intrinsic meaning value? If not, it is non-sense to flag without understanding the words. Words are different for culture, for people.

HF21 happened. The only big bot votes now are those done manually. Most of them get flagged down by whales now.
To your other points, reward disagreement is a thing. We just need to be careful and separate personal flags and calling it abuse.
