Production Underway on Marvel Studios' 'Captain Marvel'
Marvel Studios has begun principal photography in Los Angeles, California, on its newest film, “Captain Marvel.”The production is shooting in and around the greater Los Angeles area, which will also serve as the production base for the film. The production will also shoot on location in Fresno, California, as well as locations in Louisiana, including Baton Rouge and New Orleans.
This movie is taking a bit of a different approach - it is set in the 1990s. Expect some retro nostalgia and a 90s-infused soundtrack!

- Brie Larson - Captain Marvel
- Samuel L. Jackson - Nick Fury, director of SHIELD
- Jude Law - Mar-Vell.

- Clark Gregg!! Yay, Agent Coulson is back :)
Two names attached that you might or might not recognise offer a Kree connection:
- Lee Pace - he played Ronan the Accuser in Guardians of the Galaxy
- Djimon Hounsou - played Korath the Pursuer (the guy who had never heard of Star Lord).
Why these guys? Captain Marvel/Carol Danvers starts out as a pilot who gains her powers after an accident with an alien who is involved in a war between two powerful races (Kree and ...?).
Can not wait for this!!
