CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) filling station

In the primary stage of science, scientists invented the car or wheeled vehicle. From the beginning, they wanted to make those vehicle run by some fossil fuel like petrol, diesel etc.

In the early stage, the low pressurised vehicles were also used for transportation also & then it was one of the cheapest ways of transportation. But with the passing of time, the low-pressure vehicles were converted to compressed gas(which is a fossil fuel) which are highly pressurised vehicle. And the high-pressure gas is filled in the vehicle throughout a mechanical system and the total system is known as CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) filling station.

according to filling period CNG filling station can be classified into 2 groups, which are:

1)Time filling station and
2)Fast filling station.

1)Time filling: its the type of filling station where the vehicle cylinder needs overnight for filling with compressed natural gas.Actually, where the vehicle parked for a long time there it placed. this filling station has some machines/components which are given below:

a.Utility gas meter
b.Dryer
c.Compressor
d.Control panel

2)Fast filling station:It's the filling station which generally takes 3-5 minutes to fill the cylinder of a vehicle.It takes relatively low time than time filling station.But its construction cost is very high and need more place than time filling station.It contains the following parts which are given below:

a.Utility gas meter.
b.Dryer.
c.Filter.
d.Blow down tank.
e.Gas compressor.
f.Priority panel.
g.Cascade storage system.
h.Dispenser.
