This was very interesting to read but I don't think there will be such thing as curing death. There is the term dying because of old age and there will always be. When we become old, we become weak. It makes us vulnerable to a lot of things. Therefore I think that we can never really cure death.
But I have to salute to the great piece of writing skill that you have in you.
Maybe not in our lifetimes, however as I mentioned, there is no such thing as dying from old age. It is as you say, because we get weak and become vulnerable to a lot of things.
However imagine when we have complete genetic control over our biology. When we are able to regenerate our cells and create bodies that do not age, or age very, very slowly. Then perhaps we may be able to do this.
