That actually makes a lot of sense. If you live a healthy life and are surrounded by nature, you'll very likely live longer than someone who doesn't do all that.
But, what do you prefer, to live 80 years like Frank Sinatra or 120 years like Dalai Lama?
Trick question. Twenty years ago, I'd say "Sinatra"; but now I'll keep it Dalai Lama.
