Interesting take--thanks for sharing. So crazy to think about how exactly they think and, in this case, hallucinate. Regarding actual vision for the blind, there are many assistive technology products for the blind nowadays that can help them to "see", such as the electronic glasses for the blind from OrCam, and several others.
