RE: A new variety of yeast that acts like a bacteria causing havoc. Is there more to it than meets the eye?
Hey @jimbobbill yes gut bacteria is hugely important .. due to diet and antibiotics this bacteria is under attack but it's essential and indicative of our overall health. We carry pretty much every disease within our bodies and it's our gut health that keeps them at bay. Equally by the time most people reach 40 they're suffering with varying degrees of leaky gut .. this means that you can have a great diet but the vast majority of the nutrients are flushed out and not absorbed by the gut .. a healthy bacteria balance is essential in allowing said absorption. I would recommend buying your own kefir grains to address the balance .. if you want any info let me know. Thanks again my friend.
