Is there a chance for time travel after all?

Up until lately scientists supposed that wormholes are theoretically possible but they would be so unstable that they would disappear immediately after being created.
A new theory by Juan Maldacena and later Daniel Jafferis states that quantum entanglement and wormholes underlie pretty much the same principle. Quantum entanglement means that one particle is entangled with another, which could be light years away. The particles have exactly the same properties (e.g. spin), so when the properties of one particle are detected the properties of its partner can also be known. It is still argued if this is against the law of Einstein that no information can be transmitted faster than light.
This new type of wormhole is based on the principle of two entangled black holes. If something enters in one of the black holes it will reappear out of the other one. If we travel through a wormhole like this we would be teleported to a different time and space, which could be millions of lightyears away.

Unfortunatly there are other problems keeping us frome time travel right now, like the immense gravitation in a black hole which would tear us apart immediately and getting to a black hole in the first place.
