The technology of invisibility is just around the corner.
A new incredible advancement that combines tedious topics such as chemistry and physics, this time scientists have discovered the way to create completely new materials that are able to bend the light that surrounds them, in a few words, making things obtain properties of invisibility.
Do not! It is not an exaggeration, and yes, just like the camouflage devices of Star Trek or Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.
A group of idle researchers at Northwestern University combined DNA with gold nanoparticles to create visually new supernets, whose shapes are specially programmed to change to any visible color point. The technique is based on fusing the programmable DNA of some elements in the process, used to make computer chips, which allows researchers to control the properties of each particle.
In this way, they can organize the particles in almost any imaginable configuration. An article in the journal Science portrayed the impressions of Chad Mirkin, co-author and director of the International Nanotechnology Institute at Northwestern, who said:
"We can make structures that nobody has ever conceived. This is a true achievement of man over nature."
Now, with regard to the idea of camouflage devices, the idea became popular in the 60s along with the Star Trek series, but gained a lot of momentum from the scientific community about 10 years ago. Since then, Mirkin says that there is an overexposure to the interest of creating new materials that have the possibility of reflecting light around a structure, so that you can not see it and eventually become invisible.
However, in spite of the great discovery of part of this group of scientists, Mirkin also affirms that they will spend at least between 5 and 10 years before its commercialization. The technology they work with is totally new and they should make sure to iron out any doubts with it.
"Most of the members of the metamaterial field have not even understood structures like this, it is not possible to produce it with other techniques. This would discourage the rest of the world from imagining structures that will have desirable properties. We are not limited."

woooow, it's magic!!! ☺
Yes! I'm pretty sure that's have some magic hahahaha
waooo its so nice
Yeah, I know hahaha
This is going straight as account I am following to brag about 😁😎.
That's sounds great!
