Episode: Steady-State Response Of Circuits - AC Excitation.
This episode gives an introduction to alternating current and the response of resistors, capacitors, and inductors in these circuits. Phasor diagrams and notation are then characterised and Kirchhoff's laws for alternating circuits are defined. Finally, the behaviour of series and parallel circuits with alternating current is described and resonance is illustrated.
