Heard on the news humans will be immortal soon!?

So yeah! We really are living in a science fiction reality. I was driving home and I heard on the radio on mainstream news that people born before 1977 will probably have a real chance of never dying according to some prolific scientists. I have been following research on and off in the past years about the subject for a few years now but the discoveries that are being made in the last 2 to 3 years are completely mind blowing. I've always believed that immortality would be achieved in my lifetime however, I think it will happen sooner than I thought!! :) After hearing that news bit on the radio I did some digging on the subject and came across a crazy discovery by a scientist named Dr. Sinclair who uncovered a way to reverse aging in mice with a compound called nicotonide ribocide or NR that is a précurseur for an essential compound called NAD+ in our body that is needed to repair DNA damage and help cells covert the nutrition we get into energy. The mice who were given this compound were 2 and half years old which is the equivalent of 60 y.o. in humans. After taking NR for just one week, they were indistinguishable from mice who were only 6 months old even at the muscular cellular level!!! They have started doing research on NR and NAD+ on humans and it really seems promising. I have started taking a product called Tru Niagen which is basically nicotinamide ribocide that was branded by the company chromadex. I have been taking it for three weeks now and the effects are quite surprising!!! I'm 36 years old but since taking this my mental capacity, mood and energy levels have increased significantly. I play chess regularly and I surpassed my ultimate score multiple times after a few days of taking this stuff. I don't want to rant on about this however I must say this stuff does work and to think that this is just the tip of the iceberg of what's to come in developing treatments to reverse aging.
