Dissecting the concept of a tsunami museum

The tsunami museum currently in Aceh Is the result of an Indonesian architect Ridwan Kamil, he won a government-funded competition. The tsunami museum is merely a reminder to us that such devastating calamities once devastated Aceh in 2004.

The tragedy of this tsunami became the most severe of this 21st century, more than 500,000 deaths and countless numbers of which have yet to be found, nearly 100% of Aceh's infra structure is destroyed and can not be reused following millions of families displaced and lost relatives .
