Logic says that a human astronaut would not be likely to survive a year long trip to Mars on anything propelled by rocket engines and, yet, NASA/JPL rover images indicate a major US Mars mission on a black-op basis:

I assume electrogravitics are involved.

2004 Japanese prime time documentary discussed my work wrt the question of gravity and large dinosaurs. The interest arises because standard theories including Einsteins cannot explain a large scale change in gravity near our planet's surface in geologically recent time:

The dinosaur study indicated that gravity is not a basic force in nature and has to be controllable.

At that conference, Catherine Austin Fitts was asked if enough money had simply gone missing from DOD budgets to pay for a manned mission to Mars on a black=op basis. She replied more than enough.

That presents an obvious problem for Elon Musk and Vivek Ramiswami trying to get a handle on DOD budgets...
