Human like AI is not possible

Nowadays, people likely using AI. But it most cases it's not human like. Do you feel that Siri or Cortana can become your good friend? Besides we know that we have deal with machine AI, but in any case we can feel that it's not human like. It is just bunch of different functions.
Anyway we can't (accurately) measure , feel or touch our own intelligence. So how we know what it is?
Human intelligence is very complex and has many sophisticated parts which are associated to each other.
Learning, self awareness, motivation, morality, planning, skills, problem solving, patterns,recognition. It is just few parts of our intelligence.
Now just imagine how AI can have subconsciousness? There are many theories about human subconsciousness and it's mean in our life. But none of those theories can fundamentally explain subconsciousness. For sure subconsciousness taking basis of our body control. For example heart beating. Some Tibet monks can retake parts of subconsciousness to consciousness - control body temperature, heart beating and etc.
But what about decision making? Consciousness 100% reason of our decisions?
We know that subconsciousness influencing us quite strongly and we can not acknowledge it.

So how could AI have subconsciousness and consciousness parallelly?

For example consciousness of our AI is making decisions, and have variety of different functions to observe, learn and accumulate experience. But at the same time AI consciousness mustn't acknowledge that subconsciousness can make and influence decisions, learning process, planning and etc... it is like two different AI's. And one of them is master and another is slave(consciousness). Therefore subconsciousness must have special functions to influence consciousness. What complexity of those functions could be? How generate output for consciousness? Set some rules by memory, do some random mixing in AI memories? Also just imagine that AI could have dreams at sleeping regime? How it can be generated ?
There are many questions how to simulate human like AI. And in further posts I'll try to look into those questions.
