I totally agree with you and this post really lays out whats on my mind on one of the biggest issues about gen y and the generations ahead. Parents need to teach kids the value of hard work, though parents nowadays are more or less absorbed in the instant gratification life as well. Who doesn't like shortcuts? Keep it up!
