lol its like the whole this is 2% milk thing, its all a marketing misunderstanding. So the 10% for cognitive function id like to know of that 10% how effectively can we use it? pretty sure we're not at the peak of brain power and there's plenty of room for optimisation
Oh I am damn sure were not even close to the capacities of the brain ability, but that has all to do with effort and not the actual ability of the brain
