So how does one go from seeing two distinct types of observable electrical discharges from frictional energy sources to then observing both potentials arise in capacitive discharges with static sources and then seeing Sulphation or Oxidation on the same surfaces of exposed metals with Galvanic sources to now describing and using exclusively only one side of Dynamic energy?

Simple.

If it were known and understood by the wider community of scientific experimenters how to engage with the background magnetic flux of the planet using a balanced magnetic field, which is only able to be generated from a balanced source of electrical power, with modern tools it would take a very short amount of time indeed to develop systems whereby magnetic power could be amplified easily, throwing the entire fuel dependence system of global economics into turmoil.

Then, the question becomes how does one generate a balanced source of dynamic energy?

First it must be understood that there are two types of electric energy.

Then there is a voltage source of power, which all modern systems invariably are, and a current source of power. There are very few examples of current sources of power from which to select but even these have been designed to reflect uneven potential in this modern era. A voltage source delivers a difference of potential whose magnetic signature is weak and transient while a current source delivers a difference of potential whose magnetic signature is very much more stable and well established.

A battery is a current source, if home made, as is a DC welding machine if configured correctly. There are types of rectifiers which would supply a current source, but these are all gone now. There are no modern examples of pure current sources in operation that I have found.
