Payment Bills Service (PBS) are a scam!

Payment Bills Services (PBS) are a scam. They are a high risk merchant based out of Hong Kong who will provide you with merchant services to accept credit cards, and then won't pay you.

In my experience you can contact Peter Zhao on Skype as much as you want and he'll keep telling you he will pay, and offering different excuses, but the money never arrives. His Linkedin says he used to work for HSBC but I don't know if this is the case. Either way, do not do business with him of the thieves at PBS.

A quick Google search will show you that other customers have had similar problems. Funny how you only find these posts when it's too late. To aid Google searching:
