My vulnerable family received a further violent threat, via sheet of paper bearing private and confidential DATA, dated 24/11/2021 (attached), on the grounds that the Liverpool and Knowsley Magistrates’ Court of Record, Issued proceedings against me, where I quote:-
“We request that you contact us to discuss this matter as we hold a Warrant of Control / Liability Order instructing Rundles and Co Ltd to attend your property to seize goods to the value of the debt”.
TAKE NOTICE

1. I am willing and able to settle any debt or liability I lawfully owe, upon proof, that the man or woman making the claim, is owed the total sum claimed.
2. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SERVED, WITH ANY PROCEEDINGS, Issued by the Court.
3. Making false claims to court authority is a constitutional crime, carries a prescribed prison sentence, of seven years per item, as per s.134 of the County Court Act 1977.
4. My fees to each man and/or woman acting as tortfeasor, are One Thousand Pounds, (£1,000) per day from inception to final conclusion, for any aggravation based on Counterfeit Court Proceedings and One Million Pounds (M£1,000,000) per instance for Copyright Infringement in addition to any criminal sanctions. I claim relief from all deception and / or misrepresentation.
   DEMAND
   Please provide by return, an office copy, of the Warrant of Control, and Liability Order, Issued by the Court, and an explanation, as to how it comes, that neither the Local Authority, nor the Court, can verify, that such proceedings were issued.
   Or invoke the Court’s Anti-Fraud Policy.
    In case you are unwilling or unable to comply with my request, provide the reason.
    Implied admission by the absence of a response.
    This NOTICE will be used in evidence.
