He's not behind Genesis Mining and they are a legit mining company. I remember their initial posts to the bitcoin forum and I also remember them partnering with Spondoolies (an Isreali company that made mining hardware).
The scam is that cloud mining simply isn't profitable as detailed in my post on the subject. Craig and Trevon both know that but they don't care because they get hashrate for every new person that signs up with their affiliate link. They know full well that those people are going to lose most of their money.

Given that that prick is downvoting all your comments anyway, I'd try to comment on their articles as early as possible pointing out their censorship of you and their defence of scammers. If you have the knowledge, you could even set up a bot to do to for you.
