Troy is way more incline to upvote his reply to you with 40% power then upvoting your support to him...

Bottom line is, the guy is gonna use you for your Steem Power and for your Reputation but other then that he could not care less about you. Don't fall for his "Oh I will pray for you"... Just stay away from him and you will be much better off...
