Could it be that haejin has perfected porn for crypto traders? Or something like European soccer? It's boring af imo, yet many people are into it and paying top dollars.

lol. I do like my soccer and my TA... so you may be onto something here.

I said the other day something similar. #CryptoPorn

Don't forget who started the #CryptoPorn trending either. Also if really want to laugh, click it & go watch the chitty video.

Well, it looks like something significant has happened because this post hasn't been flagged by the haejin cult in 3 days and Haejin's posts cannot be found in the top of the Trending category. Hmmm. Anybody care to illuminate?

That's when a cult predator meets its submissive preys in a valley of decentralized jungle.

Take my crypto but leave my football alone! 😁

Dang, those are some big numbers. Do you think something like that has an effect on the value of the steem dollar? If so he needs to cut it out because its fallen like 6 bucks since i started in december

I do not understand this

I don’t either.

Não entendo nada desse steemit.

Thanks for the question Jesseluther. I am brand new here as well-dont know any of the characters personally. But this topic seems to be all over the place. I will read the answer below and try to understand for myself. lol

It's just @berniesanders on an alternate account because his reputation is -18. He's tired of paying so much to get exposure so he's abusing himself to cry about someone doing legit posts.. getting paid a lot.. he's just a crybaby and an abusing piece of shit himself. Don't mind this fucktard. This baejin bullshit is just his other account.

He has one whale voting him 10+ times a day maximizing rewards for him, he does nothing to help steemit, he manipulates witness standings by voting people that he thinks will help protect him from flagging, he cries like a baby when he gets flagged yet he does malicious and abusive flagging not disagreement of rewards or antiabuse flagging, he runs a shit ton of shill accounts, and his "technical analysis" is usually wrong, he sending the rewards to bittrex and powering down while taking a huge portion of the reward pool the entire Steemit community shares. All the while Steemit users think it is perfectly fine or they too scared to speak up because he will flag them.

Otherwise, he's perfectly fine Steemian.

Still don't get it, why exactly is he getting flagged? I can understand if he's manipulating things to NOT get flagged, that's not good, but why is he getting flagged in first place? What's the root of the issue?

The shill accounting? Shouldn't this somehow be built into Steemit, to protect against this? Maybe block same IPs from voting for yourself? Or block self-voting?

The technical analysis is very good IMO (of course sometimes spectacularly off), and I am one of the top % alt traders out there....

Man, this shit goes waaaaay back. Parts of it are personal. The root of the issue is this:

  • Do you agree with self-voting?
  • Do you agree with automated self-voting?

Haejin is utilizing that fact that the platform is open and self-policing. There is no centralized authority figure on Steemit to impose any regulations, so users are given the option of flagging to use their own vote power to diminish another's rewards. That brings us to the last point:

  • Do you think Steemians have the moral and ethical characteristics necessary for self-policing?

Many people on Steemit feel that Haejin's actions are immoral and economically detrimental to the platform in the long-run.

Actually, there is a system for fixing this... and none of those in the power position to exercise it are doing so (likely because he's a sock puppet account of one of them... or they have sock puppet accounts scattered around doing the exact same thing).

It's very simple... there just needs to be an update to the code that limits how much power one vote (as a percent of the reward pool) can have, ever. Put a cap on it. It's actually somewhat unreasonable that one whale vote, no matter how much is invested/saved, can ever be thousands of dollars... unless maybe that was the intent of the engineers who built it the whole time... as a wealth generation tool more than a content platform.

Think about it.... they make it (with this glaringly exploitable feature) and hype up how it's all open, self policed, and votes are all about "curation" and encouraging good content... then, once STEEM/SBD gets a nice fat value, they can use everyone having bought into that to REALLY cash in for all of their work building it and hyping it.

It's literally built into the system... lol. Hell, the self-vote checkbox is checked by DEFAULT even... lol.

AH! What you don't realize is that Steemit is capitalistic by design, and runs on a decentralized and open market plaform. What you are suggesting is considered to be a "centrally authoritative change" and many are against it. Many who have come to steemit are venture capitalist investors who are hardcore capitalist. Not very many people, including Steemit Inc, would aprove of the changes you suggest s they are essentially "socialist" in nature.

I agree with you, however, in that a power distribution based on a curve rather than linear would be better overall. The true power of the platform should be held by dolphins, not whales.

Precisely. Hajin is simply one of those same Venture Capitalists. You notice that these flag accounts specifically pick on other whales "not in the founders club" to chastise. They're not "trying to make a better platform"... they're "eliminating the competition". AND cashing in on it as they go by playing the altruism card of "we're doing it for YOU, upvote and support us!"

It's just another money making racket... but one that singles out victims to attack rather than genuinely creating valuable content.

That's so ironic: being against social behaviour and using a social platform. They must have got something wrong. Being fair has nothing to do with being a socialist. It calms me down, that this post got so many upvotes.

Until B.sanders notices it and comes along and flags me for it.... i'm sure. his auto-flagger has had a field day with me recently for calling out such things.

Basically he is taking advantage of the system which isn't right but you have to do what you have to do to pay the bills right? He isn't 100% right but no one can be that accurate. Creating Elliott waves in crypto is extremely hard. Since he post the most updates out of everyone it's only a matter of time till a few fail and some don't. He does state he isn't a financial advisor. New crypto investors must pay their fees. Sometimes you win sometimes you loose thats the school fees.

Interesting breakdown, I appreciate that.

Here's the perfect example. How many people do you know that make $40,000 in a week? I've never made made $200,000 in my whole life. He makes that in under 2 months on here.

People making big money here, isn't what I'm having a problem with.
It's that the content provided isn't worth the 200K.

shit shit shit, 40,000$ in a week😭😭😭

Dude... he makes $100k a week by posting "analysis". How can you not see that as abusive to the system. If you look at his community index on steemworld.org he is 60% upvoting himself vs other users.

I don't see how that's abusive to the system at all. Folks on YouTube make millions posting toy unwrapping videos. Is that abusive? Open your mind bro.

People who earn on YouTube have hundreds of millions of views and that money is not being generated out of thin air. It's based on advertising here. On steemit there is none. People like him are just gaming the system. Open your mind bro

Huh? This comment makes no sense.

I typed it to fast. Updated it to respond to your comment.

Folks on YouTube make millions posting toy unwrapping videos. Is that abusive? Open your mind bro.

You clearly don't understand what you are talking about bro. I suggest you read some fundamentals on the Steem ecosystem before comparing apple and orange. Open your mind bro.

Already did, that's how I formed my opinion. You've failed to make a convincing argument otherwise.

Oh no! I've been witnessing to this internal manipulation involving @haejin long before you registered for a Steem account.

So tired of this shit! Really, very tired at chatting to his blind followers in the comment section.

This is what happens when crypto trading becomes a religion.

Shouldn't this somehow be built into Steemit, to protect against this?

@jesseluther, I don't know why...maybe it's your profile pic...but I somehow believe you just might be @haejin...lol...

You're obviously asking questions that have fueled this feud for months.

Smh...rme...l'ing ol ;+)!

Peace.

I'm not Haejin. I'm a fellow TAer that thinks his analysis is excellent when taken moment to moment as TA should be (most people on in crypto have no business day trading, they buy and baghold, and that's probably why they don't like him, IMHO).

that thinks his analysis is excellent

He has a disclaimer that his work is for 'entertainment' purposes only. That said, it is interesting to apply as a 'tool' for reading charts; which, he's made a niche for himself doing.

Love him or not so much, he's raking in the big bucks. As far as I know, he's not scamming anyone out of money; just, as they say, 'raping' the rewards pool...aka...not playing 'fair'.

Speaking of not playing fair, that seems to be common ground if, what's said about some whales is true.

@jesseluther, as noted, this has been going on for months; and, @haejin is so busy raking in the cash, he doesn't 'waste' time defending himself. This is his way of making a living.

If he was breaking the 'rules' I believe he would have been zeroed out in rank by now; but, he remains at current, an impressive SEVENTY FIVE.

Glad to know you're not @haejin. It was fun for a little why to think you might be; but, I should have known better than think he'd waste his 'time is money' mentality on such novelty.

Peace.

Agreed with your analysis.

Also, don't get whats wrong with selling your post rewards to BTC, USD etc., isn't that the point of Steemit?

Hi jessluther, unrelated question here, how did you get your comment voted on through minnow booster? When I try it says we don't vote on comments.

Whenever you comment you get loads of upvotes from people selling their votes to minnow booster but just realised they do a different comment service to their bidding bot. So I figured it out. Thanks for the reply though :)

I upvoted this to earn curation rewards, but I unvoted it; sorry, I don't want to be flagged by him and you.

At least someone has common sense in here, don't wanna get involved too, let the kids fight ;)

I don't understand it to get into the comments just sitting here reading and learning the flagging and all seems to be done maliciously in more times than not. These wars really are a strange beast on steemit aren't they?

Yep, indeed and instead of helping each other they represent greed and distrust of mankind, what a shame. IMHO that's not the purpose of Steem but a good reason to walk the other direction.

I recently flagged posts from @heijin and he has flagged 5hours worth of content that I have spent creating on my steemit Blog. To be honest I used to support him in the beginning being new to the platform. I didn't necessarily agree with his TA as it seemed really repetitive with no real value to the reader. The reason that I flagged his post is due to the comments being posted. There seems to be a huge audience that takes what he says for granted without putting any thought to it. I can agree that heijin is indeed giving disclaimers at every single post...but it is not enough. I do not want to see every single post of his getting flagged and I am not angry at the guy. I am just sad to see manipulation in a platform meant for users by users. People with power on the platform can literally ruin other's people's work that they disagree with and I am afraid that it's gonna stay like this unless we ALL do something about it.

it is the followers fault if they blindly follow his advice. Also i dont think his TA is bad at all.

I think I am a bit lost here. He is collaborating with Bittrex but you have pending upvote bids from Bittrex on some major upvoting bots

Maybe I didn't understand something correctly?

bittrex is not bidbots

Look down below a few comments. He's sent bids to upvote bots through bittrex. This is just @berniesanders abusing the system on another account to cry like a bitch about haejin being so successful. Don't let shit distract you from the truth.

Someone is sending SBD from Bittrex to the bots. Bittrex is not working with them.

I don;t think I have seen his TA right ever; I think you are right.

This vote bot system confuses me, but I can tell it's fucked up.

His account rancho bought for 5 million USD of STEEM, he wants to ROI. Kind of normal I would say. Even if we don't like the fact that he makes shit loads of money for nothing, he paid for that power.

wow crazy

He is stealing our reward !

lets bring him down !

i mean he posts some TA stuff but why does it matter, not like 200k will effect the entire Steemit market. Just leave him alone, who cares! he can do what he wants with his profile , and you can do what you want with yours! just post the best stuff you can to the platform and hope for the best. Steemit with be a hit regardless. Just let him do him, and you can do you! i guess if you doing you is bashing him for doing him then idk! maybe just spend the money and buy his account :P hahaha

You must be a retarded motherfucker noob who doesn't know shit, aren't you?

Why is this post receiving so manu upvote from bots courtesy of @bittrex?

Really wondering what's going on.

If I were to take a guess @baejin is being supported by a few anti-haejin whales that must have just discovered this account. It looks to me like @berniesanders may have something to do with the high upvote value on this post, possible by transferring money directly from bittrex to a bot. Best guess. But I give this post only a few more hours before it's discovered by the pro-haejin whales and bots and we will probably see it flagged into oblivion. Could be a good show. I'm getting the popcorn right now.

(Unrelated question from a noob steemian.) Can someone else diminish the steem you are "powering down" by flagging posts? I am so intrigued by steem at the moment

no, only the rewards of a post before the payout is affected or can be affected by the flag.

@baejin
Now i see why is this in the trending feeds as it has fully supported by auto bots..keep this work up.

Thank you bittrex for making a transfer to me for an upvote of 24.39% on this post!

Half of your bid goes to @budgets which funds growth projects for Steem like our top 25 posts on Steem!

The other half helps holders of Steem power earn about 60% APR on a delegation to me!
