Those people should go to press for cheating people in that way that they take their money for them to become millionaires at the rib of others, that's very bad. The innocent people register and then they lose their money, that is something that should not be happening, as there can be so many bad people in the world for God, and the worst thing is that the people of Facebook and Google know who they are and do not nothing. I hope this stops happening, since many people maybe do it out of humanitarian need and lose their money, hopefully things will be fixed and that does not continue to happen.
