THE GREAT SCULPTOR:THE ETERNAL ALPHARERO
In Jeremiah 18: 1-6, we read: “Word of Jehovah that came to Jeremiah, saying: Get up and go to the potter's house, and there I will make you hear my words. And I went down to the potter's house, and here he worked on the wheel. And the clay vessel he made was spoiled in his hand; and he returned and made it another vessel, as he thought best to do it. Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying, Can I not make you like this potter, O house of Israel? says Jehovah. Behold, like the clay in the potter's hand, so are you in my hand, O house of Israel. ”
The Potter: symbolizes God the creator, with full right over the mud, to mold it, in his opinion. The Bible says in: Romans 9:20 “But before, O man, who are you, that you may alter with God? Will the glass of clay to which I form it say: Why else do you do so? "
And the vessel he made was spoiled in his hand, and he returned and made it another vessel again.
How many times we have spoiled in his hand, on this day he thinks what he is spoiled: Marriage Your family Your husband / wife Your work etc, etc.
A real story:
One day a group of artists considered a huge block of a very beautiful marble four meters high, which unfortunately had been sculpted by the hand of a clumsy sculptor. "You can't get anything out of this," they thought.

But one morning a young man erected a fence around the abandoned block. For four years (1501-1504) the noise of chisel was heard working the marble. When the tables were demolished, the residents of the place were amazed to see the magnificent statue of David by Michelangelo, which is still a jewel of the city. From a cold and deformed block, under the master's chisel, a beautiful masterpiece had sprouted.
There are many who say: “I have spoiled my life. There is nothing left of my efforts and hopes. ”
“Do not despair! Give me your tormented and miserable life, says Jesus Christ, I will transform for the glory of God. ” If you abandon your will to His, He will do something beautiful with your life. You may begin by raising a fence between you and what you have loved so far, which constitutes an obstacle to the work He must do.
He may make a deep cut in his plans and in his heart, because he wants to reproduce in you His own moral image. He works "Until Christ is formed in you" (Ga. 4:19). Yes, the Lord knows how to transform what we have spoiled into a masterpiece.
We mud, and you who formed us; So the work of your hand is all of us. (Isa. 64: 8)
We are his work, created in Christ Jesus for good works. (Eph. 2:10)
Jeremiah was a prophet who truly testified of Christ. The Savior himself used his words to teach and prophesy during His earthly ministry. His life was a vessel of honor, an example of service, molding and long-suffering for today's saints.
Also our life can be a vessel of honor, a work of beauty in the hands of the Master Potter if we respond to His call, we are moldable in His hands and learn from the things we suffer.
Let us place ourselves in the hands of the Lord like clay in the potter's hands so that the Lord transforms us. He can make us a new creature, give us eternal life, and make us a vessel of "honor, sanctified, useful to the Lord, and willing for every good work" (2 Timothy 2:21).
God wants to produce His real image in us, so we should allow ourselves be transformed by Him.. Thank you so much for sharing brother

@laramrm, we are the most beautiful work, created in Christ Jesus for good works as he points out (Ephesians 2:10) and this is extremely important in our lives.
